The purpose of this work is to assess the feasibility of commercializing BARF food (Biologically Approved Raw Food) for dogs in Metropolitan Lima through a community of subscribers - BARF Club. The BARF diet is a global trend, which is based on the consumption of raw foods, considering that dogs are descendants of wolves, which can follow this diet; and it is proven to reduce diseases and give them longevity. Today pets are considered a member of the family, and even during the pandemic the market for healthy dog food has continued to grow. Likewise, a market investigation was carried out, surveying more than 100 people with pets in modern Lima, where there is a growing trend for homemade, mixed and raw food and a great interest in the BARF diet. Our proposal is to generate a club of subscribers who will have the benefit of receiving the appropriate BARF food for their dogs at the door of their homes properly packaged and ready to serve. The fact of belonging to a club will also allow members to grant them other derived benefits: agreements with veterinarians, nutritional consultations for pets, etc. This is a differential offer to the current offer within Metropolitan Lima. Finally, the valuation and financial evaluation of our plan is presented, with a VAN of S/ 104,190 and an TIR of 30.10%; with which it is concluded that the business plan presented is viable.
