As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, new business categories emerged in the market, such as the Dark Kitchen. It is worth noting that in this same context consumers have changed their consumption habits and lifestyles. They are now more careful when selecting food services to avoid foodborne diseases. Likewise, there was evidence of solidarity with the sector during the economic situation, since they supported enterprises due to the economic crisis that the country was going through. This is a habit that will remain in consumers in the long term. Finally, the presence of the perceived benefit of acquiring food products in the Dark Kitchen business category was identified. That is why the present research work covers the following topic: Food safety concern, solidarity with the sector and perceived benefit in relation to purchase intention in Dark Kitchen restaurants. To understand the aforementioned, the research is based on 3 variables: food safety concern, solidarity with the sector and perceived benefit, which have a significant influence on the consumer's purchase intention. The methodology was based on a sample of 400 people who identified themselves as having purchased at least once in Dark Kitchen restaurants in Lima. Finally, for the measurement scale, an online questionnaire with a Likert scale from 1 to 5 was used.
