The present investigation is carried out to determine the feasibility of using a new construction system in social housing programs since the housing product that is currently offered does not effectively satisfy the demand for housing. For this reason, to reduce the social housing deficit, massive construction projects are required in such a way that informal constructions and the invasion of land in intangible areas are avoided. Therefore, it is intended to evaluate the application of this construction system to mitigate the housing deficit in the district of Chincha Alta. A housing design is carried out, considering the survey carried out in the study area where the variables to be prioritized are identified and the current distribution model of the housing offered in social programs is reviewed. Likewise, the plans of structures, architecture, sanitary and electrical installations of the proposed housing model are made. Consequently, the Metrado, analysis of unit costs, budget based on the plans of each of the specialties and the schedule are made. Finally, the comparative analysis in cost and time of the modular house with SIP panels vs. the traditional system is carried out. With the proposed modular industrialized system, a 62.33% reduction in execution times and a 33.24% reduction in costs have been achieved, compared to the confined masonry construction system. Likewise, industrialized construction proposals should be promoted and construction processes regulated by national standards, in this way many families would benefit from having their own house.
