The general purpose of this research is to demonstrate what was obtained from the analysis between the management of human talent and the working climate of the Particular Educational Institution El Universo, UGEL01 of the district of San Juan de Miraflores - 2019. This analysis was carried out under a quantitative approach methodology, using a nonexperimental cross-sectional design, of applied type and descriptive - correlative level, with a census sample of n=28 IEP teachers. A questionnaire consisting of 24 items was applied as a data collection instrument, structured on a Likert scale through the Google Forms virtual survey tool, which was validated by three experts with one with a Cronbach alpha reliability of 0.815 for the human talent management variable and 0.809 for the work climate variable. When analyzing the data obtained in the data collection phase, the tests showed a strong positive correlation between human talent management and the work climate (rho = 0.827, p < 0.05) with the application of the non-parametric statistic of the Spearman correlation coefficient and allowed to verify the existence of a strong positive correlation between the selection of personnel and the work climate (rho = 0.788, p < 0.05). These results supported the conclusion that there is an average positive relationship between staff training and the work climate (rho = 0.310, p < 0.05).
