The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the Law that promotes economic reactivation measures for micro and small businesses in the areas of restaurants, hotels and tourist accommodation (hereinafter Law No. 31556) and its impact on the liquidity of restaurants in the historic center of Cusco, year 2022. On the one hand, Law No. 31556 as an independent variable is subdivided into micro and small companies (hereinafter MYPE), general sales tax and the regulation of Law No. 31556. On the other hand, Liquidity as a dependent variable is subdivided into liquidity ratios, level of employability and going concern. This study is a type of applied research, the method is descriptive, the design is non-experimental, and the approach is mixed. A survey of twenty-one (21) questions was prepared using the Likert scale to apply it to a sample of twenty-seven (27) accountants. Statistical data were processed, obtaining a value of P-Value < 0.006 for the general hypothesis. The null hypothesis is rejected, confirming that Law No. 31556 generates a impact on the liquidity of micro and small restaurants located in the Historic Center of Cusco, year 2022. The investigation concludes that the law contributes to improving the liquidity of restaurants. This is reflected in liquidity indicators, employability and the ability to keep a company running.
