The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between innovation and the millennial customer experience in convenience stores in Lima Top in 2023. The choice of this research topic was based on the observation of the growth of the convenience store industry in Lima. To achieve this objective, a study was designed and applied with a quantitative, non-experimental and cross-sectional approach, with a correlational scope. A survey composed of 29 questions was used as a data collection instrument. The sample consisted of 384 individuals belonging to the millennial generation (26 to 41 years old) who reside in the Lima Top districts (San Isidro, Miraflores, San Borja, Santiago de Surco, Barranco and La Molina) and who belong to the SES A and B. Regarding the results, the general hypothesis was validated, and strong and positive evidence was found for the relationship between innovation and customer experience. Regarding specific hypotheses 1 and 2, it was demonstrated that there is a strong and positive relationship between product innovation and process innovation dimensions with the customer experience variable. With respect to specific hypothesis 3, it was found that the commercial innovation dimension has a moderate relationship with the customer experience. Finally, regarding specific hypothesis 4, no evidence was found for a relationship between the organizational innovation dimension and the customer experience.
