Introduction: A lot has been studied about the impact of nutritional programs aimed at improving body weight and biochemical values, however, there is not enough evidence of the impact they have on dietary habits. Understanding that habit formation is a complex process, specific strategies and methodologies are required for their establishment. Objective: To evaluate if there are differences in the dietary habits of overweight and obese employees of a private company in Metropolitan Lima. Methodology: The study was quasi-experimental with before and after, longitudinal, and prospective measurements; it was conducted between August and December 2022. The study population consisted of 36 employees of both sexes from an insurance broker, according to inclusion criteria and acceptance to participate. The measurement of dietary habits before and after was done through the application of the "Questionnaire for the Assessment and Quantification of Habits Related to Overweight and Obesity". A mean contrast was carried out using the Student's T statistic. Results: The difference in calorie consumption and physical exercise habits was observed after participating in the virtual NutriHab program. Additionally, it was evidenced that participants who had a higher number of attendances to the scheduled activities had better results. Conclusions: The Nutrihab program has a positive impact on the dietary habits of employees of a private company in Metropolitan Lima.
