The main objective of this work is to improve the efficiency of the production process in the A marker line through a preliminary analysis that will allow detecting the problems faced by the company, and then developing the implementation of Lean tools and the Wagner Within algorithm for their solution. This will enable optimizing production times, travel distances, and standardizing processes to improve efficiency. The project begins with a diagnosis of the company's current process, which will be developed as improvement proposals using Lean tools. Chapter 2 provides a detailed description of the company, its main processes, and products, where the problems in their activities will be identified. Chapter 3 focuses on linking the causes to the improvement proposal, applying the following Lean tools: 5S, Standardized Work, Wagner Within Algorithm, Route Redesign, Autonomous Maintenance, and Visual Management. By applying these tools, an efficiency improvement of 4.05% was achieved, including an additional improvement in meeting production orders by 14%, improving plant organization, reducing unproductive times by 60%, and increasing equipment availability by 46%. Finally, Chapter 4 presents an analysis of the economic impact, showing that the project is profitable with a TIR of 69.6% and VAN of S/16,065 over a 5-year period.
