This research work refers to a business center specialized in fashion in the largest textile and fashion business emporium in Peru and one of the largest in South America called “Gamarra“, located on Aviacion Avenue in La Victoria district next to the Lima metro station on line 1 called also Gamarra. The architectural complex consists of a shopping center aimed at making Peruvian brands known, two office towers, a production center, where certain types of fashion merchandise and limited design samples will be made, a four-star hotel, a convention and congress center: for fashion weeks or other massive activities and an area for temporary exhibitions. Until a few years ago, on the land where the project is developed, The Market No.1 of Lima known as “La Parada“ was located, where food products from each region of the country were sold. These businesses, mostly informal ones, took the streets and neighboring avenues. During the research process, economic factors were reviewed, especially the increase in the marketing of fashion textile products, the roadway connectivity of the study area, the analysis of the supply chain and the spaces that will provide the necessary support in terms of infrastructure to consolidate the area in such a way that it amalgamates everything that is already taking place at an economic level.
