Introduction: The present study describes thirty clinical cases that were collected during the ten months of medical internship by different specialties. The health facilities where they were collected are the Huáscar XV Health Center in San Juan de Lurigancho and the José Casimiro Ulloa Emergency Hospital in Miraflores from June 2022 to February 2023. The study contributed to the acquisition of knowledge and development as a professional to face the next challenge, the marginalized urban rural health service. (SERUMS). Objective: Description and comprehensive clinical analysis of different clinical cases, which I attended as a human medicine intern for my professional training. In addition, a significant reflection on what was seen in each one of them. Methodology: Description and integral analysis of each clinical case obtained during the medical internship carried out the establishments, Huáscar XV and Hospital de emergencies José Casimiro Ulloa during the months of June 2022 to February 2023. Conclusion: The cases presented in this study were fundamental for the development of my care skills, which I will have to use in the future, when I attend the marginal urban rural health service (SERUMS). I would also like to highlight the development of my diagnostic and management skills in scarcity, since, in our reality, many times we lack tools, but this reinforces the clinical eye. Finally, the empathy that I developed during this period will help me to provide a different service, where patients can feel important, and always satisfied with my care.
