The services sector, specifically the environmental sanitation sector in the pest control business line worldwide will register a compound annual growth rate of 5.2% for the period from 2022 to 2030. On the other hand, in Peru, the average growth since 2022 is 2.74% per month. As a result of this growth in the domestic market, companies in this sector have found it necessary to optimize the services provided and ensure customer satisfaction. For this reason, this research work proposes an operational planning model to solve the deficient allocation of resources in a private service company. The model is based on the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) methodology to integrate sales planning with the company's operation and Net Promote Score to measure customer satisfaction. This method aims to reduce the percentage of non-compliant services. In addition, it will be responsible for forecasting demand and projecting the resources needed to provide the services. Then, to determine the level of customer loyalty. The main objective of this method is to reduce the number of non-compliant services provided by 30%. The simulated results of the research show an increase in the company's profitability and productivity.
