Real estate companies in the country generate projects from the purchase of the land to the independence of future assets, and for the construction stage they carry out private tenders, inviting construction companies to carry out their projects. The objectives of both companies are not met, the works are completed after the deadline and cost, which generates economic, prestige, and customer losses, harming the end user, and which, if they continue like this, could go against the national real estate business. A survey was carried out among professionals in the construction industry, and the results of the closure of contracted works were reviewed, which show us why the projects were not completed either in cost or on time, confirming the causes of the deviations, validating the results found. in the survey. From the results obtained, a possible solution is proposed, which is the Project Feasibility Office (OFP), within the construction company, to evaluate the technical and legal part of a project, and can generate the necessary alerts for execution, informing the manager. general of the construction company and the client, what could be the final result of the work to be contracted. It is ruled out that the contracting modality does not guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives of the real estate projects, and that it defines the scope of the client, generates value for the real estate company and for the construction company.
