The Special Basic Educational Center (CEBE) is that educational infrastructure that is in charge of pedagogical training for people with special or different abilities, they can be hereditary, degenerative or acquired by some disease. This center is specialized in users with some type of visual problem, either partial or complete, between five (5) and eighteen (18) years of age, at the primary education level. These students have different and special needs from others such as: spatial travel, daily experience, social interaction, a job need and finally the search for and interest in information. For this reason, the CEBE must present different architectural strategies through the stimulation of feelings or sensations, that is, through Sensory Architecture. Sensory Architecture is based on seven (7) principles: atmosphere, light and shadow, sound, body, materiality and time, touch, nature in architecture, these will be developed through a morphology of architectural design: in the organization, through interaction with the outside, since that is where the user develops adequate sensory stimulation; in the order, the distribution of the spaces in relation to an axis or main circulation and finally, in the form, pure and permeable, for a good illumination and ventilation of the spaces.
