Currently, our country has deficiencies in infrastructure works, which means there are unfinished works and works with inferior quality that affect the welfare of users. Some cases of these deficient projects are bridges, which require piles as foundations, these show the deficiencies from the planning stage. The planning of traditional projects becomes inadequate, due to deficiencies that affect the success of the project. On the other hand, the implementation of Lean Construction generates benefits such as better quality, stakeholder satisfaction, productivity, and better risk management, in addition to the reduction in delivery times and cost reduction. The projects analyzed were three bridges, Chupuro bridge, Malecon Galvez bridge and Pichanaki bridge, located in Ancash and Junín, we chose them due to the social impact they had, and the access provided to the projects. The tools developed in this research are the following: sectorization, activity train and Lean Construction faithful circuit.
