The educational quality at the secondary level in Peru is very low compared to its neighboring countries in South America, this is evidenced in the results of the PISA 2018 test. Even so, this test also indicates that Peru has an impressive positive evolution of scores over time from the PISA 2009 test to PISA 2018. To reinforce the efforts made by the government to improve educational quality, a progressive web application has been proposed, which complements the development of high school students' academic skills and allows them to reach the baseline proposed by the OECD in the PISA evaluations. This app is designed for both student and teacher users. It will allow students to practice their skills and consult study material, and it will allow teachers to evaluate and consult reports of their students' performance. As a result, this application demonstrated effectiveness in increasing student performance by at least 40% in the areas of mathematics, science, reading, and financial education.
