Over time, traditional teaching methods have been forced to turn towards virtuality, leaving aside the face-to-face method. Virtual platforms have a series of favorable characteristics for students, such as the practicality of being able to connect from anywhere together with the efficiency and immediacy that online learning provides. Online courses allow you to organize your time freely and independently, giving you space to develop any other activity. Likewise, this teaching method took on greater prominence and resulted as an immediate response to the COVID-19 pandemic so as not to neglect education. The objective of this research work is to identify the influence generated by variables such as perceived usefulness and satisfaction on the intention of continuity and intention of word of mouth in online education systems. For this reason, through the bibliographic review, it was found that some of the variables greatly influence the user experience, such as perceived usefulness, satisfaction, the intention of continuity and the intention of word of mouth. Finally, it is proposed to use a cross-sectional methodology with a quantitative and conclusive approach through a virtual survey addressed to a total of 400 men and women who are users of at least one online course in the last time.
