Resumen: En la presente investigación, se llevó a cabo una revisión exhaustiva de artículos académicos enfocados en el uso de la inteligencia artificial en la operación del negocio. Actualmente, muchas empresas están implementando esta tecnología para optimizar sus procesos y lograr una mayor eficiencia en el trabajo, lo que se traduce en ahorros económicos significativos con un retorno de inversión rápido, ya que los trabajadores serán más productivos para poder gestionar otro tipo de actividades dónde no se haya podido implementar la inteligencia artificial. Durante la revisión, se diferenciaron tres posturas principales: la inteligencia artificial como complemento del trabajador, al facilitar tareas rutinarias; la inteligencia artificial como reemplazo del trabajador tradicional, ya que su uso en maquinarias puede volverlas automáticas y reemplazar al hombre en gran cantidad de actividades; y por último, la relación entre la inteligencia artificial con la calidad de la base de datos, debido a que para obtener predicciones correctas la inteligencia artificial debe manejar grandes volúmenes de datos. Finalmente, el uso de la inteligencia artificial en la operación del negocio, ha transformado la interacción entre humano y la inteligencia artificial, permitiendo a los trabajadores mejorar sus capacidades y obtener mejores resultados. La implementación de esta tecnología en los procesos empresariales se traduce en una mayor eficiencia y ahorros económicos, lo que la convierte en una herramienta fundamental para el éxito empresarial.
In the present investigation, an exhaustive review of academic articles focused on the use of artificial intelligence in business operation was carried out. Currently, many companies are implementing this technology to optimize their processes and achieve greater efficiency at work, which translates into significant economic savings with a quick return on investment, since workers will be more productive to manage other types of activities. Where artificial intelligence could not be implemented. During the review, three main positions were differentiated: artificial intelligence as a complement to the worker, by facilitating routine tasks; artificial intelligence as a replacement for the traditional worker, since its use in machinery can make them automatic and replace man in a large number of activities; and finally, the relationship between artificial intelligence and the quality of the database, since in order to obtain correct predictions, artificial intelligence must handle large volumes of data. Finally, the use of artificial intelligence in business operations has transformed the interaction between humans and artificial intelligence, allowing workers to improve their capabilities and obtain better results. The implementation of this technology in business processes translates into greater efficiency and financial savings, making it a fundamental tool for business success.
