The present investigation has been elaborated with principles for the design of permeable concrete of f'c 175 kg/cm2, which incorporates recycled plastic on the rolling surface of bicycle lanes. It should be noted that four mixed designs have been analyzed, one (01) pattern design without plastics and three (03) designs with recycled plastic. In order to demonstrate its correct operation and application, the study group will practice different tests and trials to measure compressive strength, tensile strength, permeability of the element, among others. In terms of development, the present investigation deals with three stages, the first has a hermeneutic character, of inquiry, compilation, interpretation and structuring of information from scientific investigations which provide support for the foundations of this investigation; in the second stage, the methodology under which the designs used for the prototypes to be analyzed in the research are verified is developed and detailed, as well as the procedures, materials and others involved in the experiment; Finally, the results of the tests through which the different samples corresponding to the two types of mixtures studied in this investigation passed are analyzed.
