The cultural center is the architectural space, where the population can develop, express and learn about the different cultural manifestations of their environment, focusing on Peruvian dances, for their learning and the dissemination of them. The numbers of cultural centers at the national level are concentrated in Lima, being a cultural centrality in the capital and the provinces do not have adequate infrastructure. For this reason, the cultural center will be designed to be a pole of cultural attraction, setting a precedent for other projects and help decentralize Cultural Centers. For these two points, the lack of Cultural Centers compared to other countries and the centralization of them in the capital of Peru, there is a need to implement them in the Peruvian provinces. The cultural center will be open to the general public where admission to some activities will be free and others paid. In addition, it will have different dance workshops where the population will be able to learn and an auditorium, where people will be able to express what they have learned, it will be privately administered and it will have agreements with institutions, whether with cooperatives, cultural associations and with the Ministry of Culture for the cultural development of society, thereby participating in the Huancayo urban development plan.
