Technology plays an indispensable role in people's lives and even more so in large companies, as well as mobile devices in people's pockets, good customer service should be essential in an organization. There are extremely promising tools in this area of service that have been implemented more solidly in recent years, virtual assistants based on artificial intelligence. To properly understand what is detailed in this thesis, it is important to take into account the meaning of certain terms such as virtual assistant (VA), which is a robot that, in this case, is programmed to provide customer service. Artificial intelligence (AI), which refers to a system that analyzes and learns from human behavior in order to imitate it. The purpose of this research work is to identify the relationship that various factors have with the acceptance of a virtual assistant that provides customer support in the mobile telephony sector and thus be able to determine the potentialities and opportunities offered by this technological resource. This study was carried out in zones 7 and 9 of Lima and was aimed at people between 18 and 45 years old. To test the hypotheses formulated and meet the proposed objectives, field work was carried out in which a questionnaire of 38 questions, including Likert scale questions, was applied to a sample of 380 people who are mobile phone users and who have interacted with some virtual assistant such as chatbots or phone bots. The research was non-probabilistic quantitative and had a correlational scope. Finally, the level of influence of the various quality factors in the continuation of the use of virtual assistants is determined and the different opinions of the sample are compiled, which could serve as a contribution to the improvements of this service and to subsequent studies.
