The objective of this study is to measure the relationship between the port competitiveness of Callao (business support, operational performance and government support) and the quality of service to customs warehouses, between the years 2016-2021. As a theoretical basis it has been used the research by Kaliszewski et al. (2020) who argue the factors of port competitiveness according to the perception of the quality of service of shipping lines. In the present investigation, customs warehouses (customs warehouses and temporary warehouses) are used as the unit of analysis. The research is of a quantitative type. The sample consisted of 28 customs warehouses (temporary and customs warehouses) that moved containers within the study period evaluated, excluding warehouses annexed to the terminals of the port of Callao. As a data collection instrument, Likert scale surveys were carried out. The descriptive method was used by means of the SPSS software, using the Friedman test and the Post-Hoc analysis for the analysis of the results. The results show a significantly strong correlation between port competitiveness and quality of service to customs warehouses. (r = .633, sig. < .05) From the results of this investigation, it is distinguished regarding the port competition offered by the port terminals, which only 17.9% of the customs warehouses consider that they provide an efficient quality of service.
