The inequality of opportunities for people with disabilities is a problem that persists in our society. Currently, many Peruvian companies do not comply with inclusion policies, do not have labor policies in favor of diversity, and underestimate the abilities of people with special abilities by offering them jobs that do not require qualification. For people with disabilities it is difficult to find a job in the current labor market. In relation to this, the main objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between the inclusive retention of human talent and the development of people with disabilities in organizations. What is intended is to analyze the relationship between the inclusive retention of human talent and favorable conditions for the hiring of people with disabilities, the strengthening of their capacities and the labor promotion of these people in organizations. This research with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design uses a questionnaire of closed questions as an instrument, taking as an independent variable the “Inclusive retention of human talent“ and the dependent variable the “Development of people with disabilities“. The results show that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the variables, therefore, the inclusive retention of human talent generates favorable conditions for strengthening the skills and abilities of people with disabilities.
