The purpose of this project is to carry out the implementation of a technological solution to monitor the state of mental health from its physiological responses using wearables connected to a mobile application. To identify the problem and the background on which it is based, research has been carried out on scientific articles in academic search engines that address mental health and the physiological responses that occur when it is altered by a stressor. On the other hand, the specific objectives of the project have been defined to ensure the achievement of the general objective and these will be fulfilled during two academic semesters. In the first half, it begins with the analysis of the current technology dedicated to the monitoring of mental health through its physiological responses. For this, a benchmarking of the existing market technologies related to wearables dedicated to monitoring mental health will be carried out to be able to define our proposal and learn about the factors considered for monitoring. Likewise, we will analyze how wearables can detect variations in physiological responses to find out the parameters that allow monitoring the state of a person's mental health and how this data can be transmitted to a technological device. From this, the design of the logical and physical architecture of the technological solution will be carried out to monitor mental health through physiological responses using wearables, which will let us know the current state of the person's mental health and, send the data to the technological device used to display it. In the last half, the validation of the proposed solution will be carried out with a psychiatrist using validation metrics of its usability. Likewise, a continuity plan for the technological solution will be proposed for its technological and financial viability over time. During the development of the project, the UX concepts will be applied for the design of the user interfaces in the mobile application, the application of the good practices of the SCRUM methodology during the execution of the project and the PMBOK guide for the direction of the present Project. Finally, it has been defined that the development of the project will be carried out during the Project Workshop I and II courses, these being carried out during the 2021-2 and 2022-1 academic semesters.
