The aim of the present study was to evaluate the relationship between the love attitudes and psychological well-being, with its dimensions, in university students from Metropolitan Lima. A sample of 248 participants (66.9% women and 33.1% men) was used, with ages between 18 and 25 years (M = 21.5, SD = 1.4). The Love Attitudes Scale (LAS) and the Psychological Well-Being Scale for Adults (BIEPS-A) were used. Regarding the results, the explanatory model on the direct effect of love attitudes on general psychological well-being was evaluated, with a good fit (CFI = .950, RMSEA = .052, SRMR = .042). Thus, a significant, positive and direct, yet weak, relationship was evidenced between the love attitudes Eros and Storge with general psychological well-being, while a negative relationship with Mania love attitude. In conclusion, it can be shown that the love attitudes Eros, Storge and Mania weakly influence the general psychological well-being of university students from Lima.
