The objective of the research is to identify the factors that are most important with regard to student satisfaction in the semi-distance university education of the business administration career of the program for people who work in public and private universities in metropolitan Lima, characterized by six subcategories: University education in the undergraduate program for working people, factors of student satisfaction, quality of student services, interaction with the teacher, with other students and content, level of academic demand for autonomous learning and access to virtual technology. The methodology was a qualitative approach of a case study, the population was made up of three segments determined by non-probabilistic convenience sampling, having 2 experts from the education sector, 5 university representatives and 25 students; Likewise, items related to the subcategories were raised. The findings obtained were: the motivation that the student has to study is time and flexibility in the subject of schedules, meanwhile being able to work and study. In addition, the teaching role and virtual adaptability are vital for academic learning, where both are support and not academic obstacles. The most significant factors with student satisfaction were determined, which are: blended university education, quality of services, interaction with the teacher and classmates, the content of the curriculum, the academic requirement for autonomous learning, access to virtual technology, flexibility of schedules, academic quality, network of contacts, educational benefits and motivation of teachers.
