Objective: To identify and analyze the inequality of access in prenatal control and family planning activities in the departments of Peru, according to social stratifiers (family income, access to light, water, basic sanitation and literate population) in a period of 10 years. Method: An ecological study carried out at the national level with data obtained from institutional sources such as the National Center for Epidemiology, Prevention and Control of Diseases of MINSA. The data was analyzed in the Rstudio program to measure the inequality gradient, the inequality slope index, and the concentration index, calculated with the Newton-Ramphson algorithm. It does not apply the calculation of the sample size nor did it show, since we worked with data grouped by departments in 2009-2014-2019. Result: A decrease in the inequality gap was found in the FP and CP activities in each determinant. In addition, the most disadvantaged departments have greater access to CP and FP compared to the least disadvantaged departments, with 1 - 1.1% and 1.09% greater, respectively. The year 2019 obtained a lower inequality concentration index in relation to the other years, which was 0 in both CP and PF. Access to PC in all years and stratifiers was approximately 90%, unlike access to FP, which was 75%. Conclusion: The measurement of the inequality gap in PC and FP activities between the departments of Peru was not wide and decreased over the years.
