Mariano Valderrama, general manager of the Peruvian Gastronomy Association (Apega) indicated that the gastronomic boom could be stagnant due to a lack of investment, reflecting the need to have projects that promote gastronomy (Valderrama, 2017, as cited in El Trade, 2017). This project arises to reactivate the gastronomic boom that has been lost. From my personal experience, Ancón stands out, since it combines three fundamental factors that consecrate it as a great tourist and gastronomic attraction (Flores, 2020). Factors such as: 1. The years of history and culture it has 2. The various marine resources obtained thanks to the sea of Ancón 3. It stands out for its beautiful beaches and piers A Gastronomic Diffusion Center will be developed with an architectural emphasis on flexibility, where the main purpose will be to generate adaptable spaces over time. The land has a triangular shape with three fronts, sharing the block with the Fire Department, which will be the building to be maintained. Distributed in two basements and three levels, with a permeable volume arranged around a central patio. The proposed distribution consists of the following: The first basement will include the public parking lot and the garbage collection area, the second basement; the supply system. The first floor will have a small gourmet market. A second floor with restaurants whose terrace overlooks the FAP club and a third level with a gastronomic terrace designed with an open concept.
