Introduction: The investigation was carried out in the Pacífico de Villa Human Settlement belonging to the Chorrillos district. Regarding the general health situation of the population, Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) were identified as the main cause of outpatient care. Objectives: To know the characteristics of the vulnerable population (elderly and under 5 years old) of the H.S. Pacífico de Villa and inform them about the ARIs and the prioritization of resources. Methodology: Prioritization of health problems using the Hanlon method, ARIs were identified as the priority problem. The Logical Framework methodology was used. Activities: 4 activities were carried out through the application of a questionnaire and the diffusion of informative posters to the population. Results: 16.7% of those surveyed have water, electricity and sewage, with 94.4% of the water supply being by tanker/water truck. 88.9% boil water as water treatment. Of the population under 5 years old, 21.4% presented diarrhea and vomiting in the last year, and 54.5% presented symptoms associated with ARI 6 times in the last year. Less than half went to the health center or hospital during these episodes. Of the elderly population, 50% presented with diarrhea and vomiting in the last year.
