Currently, the activities that are developed in the supply chain for the export of organic bananas have become more rigorous to meet the international standards of major markets such as the United States and the European Union. Peru is one of the largest producers of organic bananas exporting the most during the period 2015 to 2021, it is ranked 5th with a total of 1,050,593 in thousands of USD. Likewise, the main importer is the United States and in 2021 it accumulated 22.31% of total shipments (SUNAT, 2021). The objective of the present research is to determine if there is a direct relationship between the SCOR model variable and organic banana exports from the port of Paita to the United States during the period 2015 - 2021. Considering the following dimensions planning, sourcing, production, distribution and return. This study was developed under a non-experimental quantitative approach with cross-sectional design of correlational scope; for this purpose, the analysis was carried out through surveys to 30 executives of various exporting companies that are part of our population. After the analysis of the national and international antecedents and the execution of the measurement instrument, the result corroborates that almost all dimensions of the SCOR model are directly related to organic banana exports, except for the supply dimension. Finally, conclusions are provided for each objective and recommendations at the company, research and state levels.
