This project proposes the implementation of an integrated system for the effective automation of the access process to mobile banking applications, through the use of fingerprint biometrics. The proposed algorithm will allow managing the communication between a source of origin that will generate tasks for the activation of a robotic arm, which will have a fingerprint attached to it that will be placed on the mobile phone and thus gain access to mobile banking applications. The proposed system uses a model called Publication-Subscription, which will allow the proper management of communication between the source of origin and the controller of the robotic arm, through the use of protocols such as HTTP and Websocket. Likewise, the controller uses an algorithm that will allow the generation of the voltage signals necessary for the activation of the robotic arm and the subsequent placement of the fingerprint. The system will be applied to the reality of the company Atentus Peru S.A.C., where the integration with its current mobile application monitoring system will be carried out. Likewise, there will be a supervision platform that will allow constant monitoring of the system in general, and generate alerts by mail upon detection of any failure in the components. Finally, the measurement of different operating variables and the performance measurement of the system will be carried out, the results of which will be evaluated using metrics such as the effectiveness and use of the cannel.
