The current professional sufficiency work aims to analyze the problem that arises due to the alleged administrative violation of article 150 and 151 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code. For this, an analysis and critical position of the accusations made by the Technical Secretariat were carried out. Likewise, the infraction defined in article 108 of Law N. 29571, Consumer Code, which deals with the lack of interest to act of the consumer, which would lead to the inadmissibility of his complaint, is analyzed. Likewise, the analysis of the apparent role of supervising obligations that is not inherent to their right as a consumer, since this quality is exclusive to the Consumer Commission to initiate the sanctioning procedure ex officio. On the other hand, in the civil file on the nullity of a legal act, the plaintiffs requested the nullity of an agreement made by the Board of Directors, which authorized the sale of a property for contravening the statute and the Constitution. Likewise, the intangibility of the assets is analyzed against the decisions on the disposal of assets by the Directive in favor of the association. Finally, regarding the evidence on which the parties base their claims, it was verified that said means had been properly evaluated and the corresponding law had been applied.
