At present, it has been shown that environmental pollution is a topic of great importance in the industries of different economic sectors worldwide. Under this aspect, logistics in Peru, particularly applied to the mining sector, is not the subject of this international issue. Likewise, large-scale mining and copper, one of the main exported minerals and highly demanded internationally, encourages large movements throughout its entire export production chain. Causing economic and social income on the ground, environmental and social problems that affect Peruvian society. Therefore, the application of green logistics in the supply chain is an alternative contribution to the preservation of the environment within the mining sector by organizations. In this sense, the objective of this research is to know the expectations of benefit from the implementation of green logistics in the export supply chain in the large copper mining in Peru within the period 2018-2021 from the execution of a qualitative methodology with grounded theory and exploratory design. For this, semi-structured interviews will be conducted with fifteen professionals who work, representatives of ONG´s, MINAM and MINEM and are the main suppliers in said mining operations belonging to the mining sector. interviews will be carried out with professionals who work and are the main suppliers in types of mining operations belonging to the mining sector. To perform the analysis of the information collected through the categories and subcategories, the Atlas.ti software will be used.
