This thesis proposes the design of a community center in San Borja, located in downtown Lima, where the largest number of young people and adults reside, but which at the same time, has the fewest community centers. With the main purpose of reinforcing the social structure and serving as a complement to the services already offered by the district, it was thought to include a series of programs that respond to the needs of the user, identifying the lack and demand of existing programs considering the radius of influence of the project according to the location, since the district has a great variety of cultural, historical and recreational services, but at the same time, does not have flexible or articulating urban facilities that help unite this cultural network and respond directly to the needs of the users.
