Metro stations are important for the performance of user’s daily lives, so attempts have been made to implement technology in many areas to ensure passenger safety, whether in train control or in the station itself. This research proposes a new way to manage the riskiest areas in Metro stations, through pattern recognition and computer vision, applying the convolutional neural network model, based on supervised autonomous learning for the identification of risks. However, the management of risk areas in Metro stations is often complex due to their dynamic conditions. therefore, a model for the identification of vulnerable zones in Cabitos station is proposed using the Python tool and user surveys. This consists of capturing photographs of falls and non-falls of people account for 80% according to the OSITRAN entity is the most recurrent accident, occurring in different parts of the station and subsequently, present improvements in the infrastructure to reduce the probability of passenger falls in the identified areas. Likewise, with the measures implemented in the Cabitos Metro station, the risk of falls is reduced by 20%.
