For this project, research was carried out to determine and analyze the problem in order to find out its main causes and consequences. This made it possible to find the main methods, processes and tools used to deal with this problem at present. In addition, the benchmarking methodology was used to evaluate the most recent technologies that allow the development of the solution. After carrying out this evaluation, it was determined that the Java programming language would be used, the application would be of the PWA type and AWS would be the chosen Cloud environment. Then, the design of the monitoring process solution was carried out, where time and activities were optimized. In addition, the physical, logical, integrated and layered architectures were designed to show the components and their interaction with the solution. Also, mockups or prototypes were made with the aim of showing the appearance of the most grounded solution, which was then to be implemented in the development. In the last stage of the design, a test scenario was created, and the main variables were defined in order to carry out the surveys that validated the solution. The application was then developed over a period of 2 months using new programming skills and, for the deployment phase, a small amount of research was carried out on the correct use of AWS Cloud services. When the development and configuration of the environment was completed, it was linked to a public domain for easier access by users and testing. For the test, once the sample was defined, both patient and medical users were evaluated through virtual and face-to-face means, where after using the application, a survey was conducted to capture data on time with traditional methods, time with the application and finally user satisfaction. Finally, the points of improvement of the solution were identified and a continuity plan was designed so that the application can be implemented in any company that requires it, with ITIL management to ensure that the service is provided efficiently and correctly.
