The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the organizational culture on the innovation of the employees of the municipalities of Lima Sur in 2022. The reason why this research focuses on the two variables mentioned is due to its importance in the results in an organization and the opportunities for improvement it provides. For the purposes of this study, a quantitative and causal investigation was carried out on a sample of 372 workers from the municipalities sector of South Lima. Likewise, to test the hypotheses proposed, the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) and Janssen's Innovative Behavior Scale questionnaires were used for the organizational culture and employee innovation variables, respectively. In addition, the data was analyzed through linear regression to verify the general and specific hypotheses. The research results showed that organizational culture significantly influences employee innovation. The findings of this research are important for the knowledge of the municipalities of South Lima, since it provides relevant knowledge to encourage innovation of the employees of the municipalities and obtain better results.
