Nowadays it’s been noticed that companies from different sectors always have processes or part of them carried out manually, which means, there is a typing job being doing either by hand or through some electronic device where the user has to enter the information from a keyboard. At some cases, manual registration can be profitable, however, trending shows up that more and more companies choose to automate their processes. According to a survey conducted by Forbes, seven out of ten companies carry out automation projects in order to reduce human resources costs and prevent rework, normally related to manual processes. The following document set a proposal of a solution for robotic process automation system (RPA) in the Honor process registration from Cofide company. UiPath, is the selected tool for the robot development, due to its characteristics, like being easy to learn, as well as being quite intuitive. For the solution development, a hybrid methodology is selected as an integration of the best practices from PMBOK seventh edition for project management and Scrum, an agile framework, for the execution of the product. Solution development has a favorable impact on the company, because it reduces the time used by operational tasks such as manual registrations, and increase the acceptance percentage of registered documents. As a result, of optimizing the process, typing users will be able to invest their time, before changes, allocated to the operational task towards different tasks like analysis or other high important tasks for the organization. Finally, this project has been validated with the end user, through a survey, which consider the most important criteria of the automation system. As a result of this validation, it is affirmative to say that there is an 80% approval percentage, since the proposed system meets the user requirements, in addition, a greater number of reports would be required to have control of the scheduled registrations.
