The purpose of this investigation is to specify the relationship between the factors that influence the perception of consumers of grilled chicken restaurants when making a purchase in digital media and the satisfaction and continuous intention of use during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Lima district of Santiago de Surco. The methodology used in this study has a quantitative approach with a correlational scope with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The variables of the inquiry are the highlighted factors and the satisfaction and continuous intention to use. The methodological instrument used was the questionnaire, the same that was applied to a sample of 300 residents of the district of Santiago de Surco. Based on the results obtained, it was found that the factors of effort expectation, facilitating conditions, price value, performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, habit and social influence relate significantly, directly and with a degree between moderate and high on the satisfaction and continuous use intention of the respondents. It is expected that the findings of this study can contribute to future research on the relationship between the factors that influence the perception of consumers of grilled chicken restaurants when making a purchase in digital media and the electronic satisfaction and continuous intention to purchase use in a pandemic context.
