The assistance and activity management systems of workers outside the offices are constantly evolving and present many challenges, likewise every company has put a greater interest in the automation of processes or activities inherent to these systems, in order to make use rational to its resources to optimize the planning, management of activities and authentication of the field collaborator. Consequently, the present work proposes the development of a mobile application that includes biometric user verification technology, QR tools and geolocation, mainly using the biometric characteristics of the voice; This system considers its application to consider the national reality and overcoming mobile limitations in terms of specialized sensors for authentication. The project has thus achieved an improvement in the management of personnel outside the offices, achieving a performance of the biometric model of 85.26%, geolocation and QR functionalities of 98%. Likewise, the percentage of erroneous records decreased to values less than 5.1%, since the system provides reliable information on attendance, location, duration of activities and relevant data of a company in the construction sector, respecting privacy and ethical values. In this sense, the project makes use of recent advances in biometric voice authentication and deep learning on the Android platform, as this is the most widely used operating system today.
