Currently, technologies and the internet have made it possible for smartphones to evolve their functionality to communicate or perform activities related to leisure, more and more people have made purchases online. The evolution of both technology and the internet generates constant changes in consumer behavior, so much so that as an alternative to online commerce, mobile commerce has emerged. Nowadays many people have become users of purchases made through the use of a mobile device. Therefore, this research focused on studying mobile commerce in Marketplace, under four variables: confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction and continuance intention. Likewise, the methodology was based on 400 users who have made at least one mobile purchase in Marketplace applications. In addition, the research aims to analyze the relationship between the mentioned variables. Finally, the research methodology will be carried out using a 5-point Likert scale, where 1 is totally disagree and 5 is totally agree and will be evaluated through a structural equation using the Smart PLS.
