In this research proposal, it is suggested to study the relationship between the variables channel integration quality and personalization with the customer experience and customer satisfaction in the omnichannel environment, applied in the banking sector. The bibliographic review shows the relevance of this proposal for marketing and the banking sector, especially through an omnichannel vision. Likewise, the scope of the investigation has been aimed, taking place in Lima, Peru; specifically for banking clients that have an omnichannel approach. Limitations that could arise when conducting the research include the hesitation that our surveyed may have to share restricted information. In addition, the background review is presented, evidencing the investigations carried out with the variables to be used, both in the banking sector and in others. Additionally, the measurement items table has been developed, applying the indicators used by Hamouda (2019), Albashrawi and Motiwalla (2019) and Kamath et al. (2020) in their respective investigations. Based on this, five hypotheses are proposed, sustaining that the relationships to be validated, between the variables, will be positive. Finally, the proposed methodology is a quantitative study, applying SEM as the statistical method, using the PLS software.
