In recent years it has been observed that the second-hand clothing market has been expanding in different parts of the world. This comes along with the awareness of the environmental impact caused by the creation of garments in the fashion industry or fast fashion. In response to this, new types of businesses are born that seek to give a second chance to these garments or generate an extra income from the sale of clothes they no longer use. Such is the case of Compra2, a brand that through its website and social networks seeks to connect with people who want to buy or sell second-hand clothes, in good condition and of different recognized brands in the market. For this, a Business Model Canvas was designed, developed and validated through different experiments, which allowed us to define the business model in which we were focusing on, a value map and our differential value proposition in the market. Then, the marketing plan was developed with which our brand would be made known to the target audience, and a financial plan detailing the estimated demand projection for the next 5 years, the required investment budget, financing, income, expenses. and financial statements that helped us determine if the project was viable. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the entire project by the team, to determine if the business idea should continue, improve and continue developing it.
