This research work aims to attack the high level of uncertainty that young women feel when becoming first-time mothers. Certainly, being the person responsible for the care, well-being and proper development of another human being is a task that involves a high level of stress. To alleviate this problem, MomApp, a mobile application designed for first-time and inexperienced young mothers, wishes to provide educational content on motherhood, and newborn care, among other topics of interest. On the other hand, the proposal responds to the need to keep a record of the relevant information for the care of the baby and the monitoring of its development. In short, MomApp, with its phrase, "your ally in motherhood", has the purpose to accompany and guide this process of continuous learning. A fundamental aspect of the project is represented by the development of a business model, the development of a marketing plan for the project, and the development of a mobile application as a channel to offer the service. This report documents the proposal design process, the business model validation inquiry process, as well as the solution, and the ideation of the marketing plan. It also presents the experiments carried out on social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, through paid advertising in order to measure public interest and willingness to purchase, as well as the financial plan to bring the MomApp project to reality.
