In recent years, the labor resignation rate has increased in an outsourcing company. This has an impact on factors like time and cost. Also, as a company that provides services to different customers, the resignation of an employee generates distrust in the customer's expectation of service quality. There are many main reasons why an employee resigns, such as: lack of professional growth, low remuneration, incorrect follow-up of employees, among others. For this reason, this project proposes a web system based on machine learning to solve this problem in the call Talent Management and Retention. This proposal was made through the need to first identify the probability of resignation of an employee. Then, in case there is a risk of resignation, to define strategies based on the employee's profile that will allow the retention of the employee. Likewise, we seek to classify the talent level of the collaborators and, based on strategies, help them in their professional growth within the company. The proposed solution uses a web development framework such as Spring Boot and a machine learning tool such as Scikit-Learn, which will have input data such as: employee information and employment status.
