Background: Health personnel are exposed to various stressors within their social spheres, which have been aggravated by the COVID 19 pandemic, thus affecting their mental health, which is evidenced by poor job performance, lack of motivation, difficulty relating to others, etc; In this context, the psychological well-being of health workers has been impaired, so it is important to identify associated variables such as perceived social support, which has been shown to improve said well-being. Objective: This article seeks to relate psychological well-being and perceived social support in health workers in Lima-Callao, and also seeks to compare the relationship between both variables between men and women. Method: The design is simple correlational; the sample consisted of 153 workers, 103 (67%) women y 50 (33%) men, aged between 25 and 67 years (M = 42 and SD = 12). Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scales (PWBS) and Zimet's Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scales (MSPSS) were used. Results: it is evident that there is a statistically significant positive correlation with large, moderate and low magnitudes. Conclusions: it is provided that the greatest source of support comes from the family in women and from peers in men.
