The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the marketing mix and the perception of the risk of COVID-19 when choosing a chicken restaurant in Metropolitan Lima during the year 2022. For this, a theoretical framework was developed, consisting of the marketing mix, consumption trends in fast food restaurants, as well as health measures for COVID-19. In addition, a qualitative methodology was used in which experts analyzed the survey and a quantitative methodology for the application of surveys to 200 people residing in Metropolitan Lima. The results of this study specified that these strategies are related to purchase decisions in poultry restaurants. Among the main motivations are considered the product, the promotion, the person and the perception of the risk of COVID-19.
