In this research work will be carried out the development of the validation of our business idea, which is Librarte: a web platform through which two segments will benefit. On the one hand, parents who will earn extra income from selling their second-hand books. On the other hand, parents will be able to purchase these at low cost. To start with the validation, several experiments were carried out with our target audience with them we were able to make all the necessary improvements. Likewise, experiments were conducted with experts, among them: Software Engineer - Web Developer, Community Manager and Marketers. This allowed us to know times and costs of the development of the web platform, how to improve the user experience and know the proper management of our social networks. We also validated each quadrant of our BMC. Finally, we used the concierge method to collect information on sales prices, product variety, and to carry out the sales process in a real way. With the data collected we made the initial cost structure, sales projection, operating budgets, human resources and marketing. Subsequently, a 3-year monthly cash flow projection was made. By means of which we obtained financial indicators that allowed us to perform the financial analysis of our project. In this way we validated Librarte's business model and concluded that it brings many benefits, being profitable and sustainable in terms of supporting the development of the literary market in the country.
