Objective: To describe and carry out a critical analysis of the clinical cases to which I was exposed as a medical intern during the period from June 2021 to February 2022 at the San Bartolomé National Hospital and Santa Fe de Totorita Health Center and which contributed to my training with significant learning Methodology: A descriptive and analytical observational study of 30 cases collected from the San Bartolomé Hospital (category III-1) and the Santa Fe de Totorita Health Center (category I-3) was carried out. The cases were obtained from the specialties of Gynecology - Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Neonatology and Internal Medicine. Results: 30 clinical cases were collected, which were presented descriptively. During the clinical practice, significant learning was obtained, such as recognizing the most frequent causes of medical consultation in first-level health centers and a national hospital, in addition to carrying out long-term follow-up of patients with chronic diseases and participating in promotional activities. of health. Conclusions: The medical school internship was an important and satisfactory undergraduate stage, since it managed to integrate, consolidate and put into practice the knowledge acquired during the course. During this process, prevention and health promotion were reinforced at the first level of care, comprehensive patient care, control of pregnant women, directed childbirth, and the most common diseases in the area of pediatric care for newborns.
