Introduction: There are no studies in Peru that identify the factors associated with Mobbing in health care personnel during the current pandemic. Objective: To evaluate the factors associated with Mobbing in the health care personnel of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. Material and Methods: Analytical cross-sectional study. It was non-probabilistic by census. Sociodemographic variables and the presence of Mobbing were evaluated with the IVAPT-PANDO questionnaire. Prevalence was calculated and Poisson regression with robust variance was used to calculate crude OR and 95% CI settings. Results: There were 338 respondents. 23% presented Mobbing associated with psychological violence of low intensity (92%) and medium intensity (8%). Mobbing was significant in the personnel who worked directly with COVID-19 patients (p ≤ 0.001), with more than 10 years of service in the hospital (p ≤ 0.001), those who were satisfied with their jobs (p = 0.013), those who had between 31 and 40 years old (p = 0.010) and those over 40 years old (p = 0.012). Regarding the profile of the harasser, 53% were women and 69% corresponded to a personal subordinate. Conclusions: The prevalence of Mobbing was lower than that reported in previous studies. It was significantly associated with direct work with COVID-19 patients. There was a significant association between Mobbing and staff over 31 years of age, with more than 10 years of care service and who felt job dissatisfaction.
