Currently management methodologies for designing, planning and executing highly complex construction projects do not contemplate a holistic and collaborative environment among all the people involved. Also, they are lack of agility, because they try to carrying out an initial plan with high uncertainty that during the construction process requires new changes from different areas of influence for the project. This research has been done by an analytical, comparative and applicative method carrying out different analyzes in order to identify the people most involved in high construction projects, to accomplish this goal some tools such as in-depth interviews and surveys were used. In this way, a completely agile Scrum framework could be developed for the identification and involvement of stakeholders in the project, which allows for more accurate planning, with fewer restrictions and addressing the changing needs of the main stakeholders. The results obtained show, in summary, that by involving stakeholders in highly complex construction projects, obstacles that can generate uncertainty and variability in projects are eliminated, and a short-term planning (Look Ahead) can also be developed more specific, versatile and generates constant value for the client. Likewise, the work teams can be evaluated individually or in groups, creating an environment of mutual collaboration with the sole objective of successfully completing the initial planning.
